random boob pains????

so lately I've been getting these random sharp pains in my boobs..

It starts at my nipple and it's like I can feel this pain pulse from my nipple down through the rest of my boob as if it's the nerves but it feels more like a deep tissue pain if that makes since..

I'm not sure how else to explain it but it's very uncomfortable.

I'm 20 and was a late bloomer, I feel like my boobs might continue to grow (mom's stopped around 22) but I don't remember having growing pains like this, they'd just feel sore.

what could be causing this?

oh and it's my first day of ovulation maybe that's what is causing it?? idk
