Arthritis and scarring! Rant 😔

So ladies been trying to conceive for 8months now (my 4th). I've never had issues with conceiving before. So I've been to the doctors... and they think I have uterine scarring 😩. Bit of background... my last pregnancy I had my son at 25wks - induced labour... they wanted me to go through a c-section but I asked what gave my son a better chance.. they told me vaginal delivery... so I went with vaginal... even though I had severe sepsis and was in and out of consciousness i wanted my son to have the best chance he could. He's now 15months old! But the infection I had wasn't just in my waters it was found in my placenta aswell. This is where they think my scarring has came from. The pregnancy before that after I gave birth a huge clot came out - they discovered that it was the mass found in scans behind my placenta too... this means this has also caused damage to my uterus... so conceiving I've been told will be difficult... on top of this my partner has one undescended testes and low sperm count 😔👎🏼😭.

I've also just been told I have bad arthritis in my hips - runs I the family and also had 3 pregnancies in 3yrs which done had damage to my joints. So pregnancy will be hard when I do fall pregnant due to this aswell.

Doctor gave me a rough figure for managed to have a live birth (I'm due more tests) of 30-40% 😔😔 I just feel so crap and like my body is failing me.
