Weight Loss Tips/Motivation

I’m overweight on the BMI scale but not by a lot. To be at a “normal weight” I need to lose about 8-10 pounds. If I get down to that I plan to increase how much weight I want to lose. The problem is I have little to no motivation whatsoever and have no idea where to start. Any tips for weight loss and motivation would be greatly appreciated! 😊
