teething

So my lo got her first tooth late at 13 mo and now she's getting a bunch at once the back had a space in assuming the 2 year molars but the ones next to those were peeking through the side my babe is crying alot today not wanting to be in car seat and even through a fit in target. I gave tylonel tonight but man she's been so grumpy the t couple days. anyone going though this. What has helped currently using punkin butt oil and tylonel. she's not a cheers herself
