Periods or implantation bleeding?

We were doing unprotected sex on my ovulation period and on the last day of my ovulation period there was a brown spot mixed with my discharge... I’m feeling nauseous and weakness and shortness of breath for the past two weeks... it feels like my periods are near but they’re after 10days... I usually get my periods on time... today i found a little brown spot with discharge again... and today felt foul smell in my discharge and I’m feeling gassy... Is this a sign of pregnancy? Or is it just coincidence?

I have periods after seven days... and today I had a little brown Discharge? Don’t you think it’s too early to take a pregnancy test? Do you all think that it’s the implantation bleeding?
