Help!! 6 month old transition from Rock N Play to Crib.

Our daughter has slept in a rock n play since pretty much day 1! She had severe reflux, colic, etc and even still at 6 months old is a difficult baby. She never has slept very well. She loves the motion but we she now is getting to where she can sleep in it without it rocking. We have tried everything to transition her to the pack n play or crib... nothing has worked! She is outgrowing the rock n play but won’t sleep but 1 hour in the pack n play or crib. Any advice or tips!?
