Bumps on my breasts

I’ve never seen these bumps before. From what I can see I have 2 bumps on each breast. My left areola is also a little misshaped (not normal). When I google bumps I get “pregnant”. AF is due tomorrow. My breasts have been swollen and soooooo painful for over a week and a half and a little veiny. No usual PMS cramps. Today and yesterday I have felt super sluggish and have not been able to sleep at night. I have taken a nap each day this weekend and I am NOT a napper. We’ve been TTC for our 2nd for over a year and a half. I hope this is a good sign....
