Bf issues

Its been almost 3 years my bf and I are together... Lost my virginity to him a year ago....we were the dream couple.... Now we bearly talk about our future together and fun stuff...its all about sex when we in the bedroom and he don't perform oral like he use to. His friends has been pushing him to sleep with other girls they think he settled down too young.... Should i give up on us or continue to fight for us...he says he loves me.. Help!
