Would you ask for another table?

So, last Friday, my husband, 2 year old and I went out to dinner to a family friendly chain sit-down restaurant (entrees generally $12+). When we were seated, they seated us at a table that was clean except that there had obviously been a toddler sitting there earlier as their mess was still on the floor (a bunch of French fries). At the time, I said ‘eh? Whatever, it’s a Friday night and they’re probably busy—my toddlers going to make a mess there anyways.’ Buuuut, after thinking about it, I think I’d request a different table/that they sweep first next time. What do you think? Would you have asked for a different table?
