What is the best age to become a parent?

I'm just wondering what ages everyone thinks is the perfect age to become parents? Kinda trying to hold off my own wants and urges to become a mummy because I'm only 17 (4 months off 18) and I know I'm really young to be wanting one. So I'm trying to find the perfect age to wait until to start TTC. So let me know! Also if you have a particular age, feel free to comment it to be more specific!

When you can provide housing, clothing, milk, medical, etc for your child without depending on your parents. Being able to love and care for your child is very important but you have to be able to provide basic needs as well. Also, when you’re in a relationship with another person who’s also ready to be responsible for bringing a human life into this world. 
It has nothing to do with age because everyone is “ready” at different times. Having baby fever and being ready to be a parent are two different things. 
I went to school and got my career as a nurse before starting a family. Me and my husband have been together since we were sophomores and just had our first baby at age 27. We were together for 11 years before starting a family so to many people we were “overdue”. We chose to start a family when we had the means to provide. The answer to this question will be different for everyone.

I'm 20 (and married) and currently having my first. Honestly, I wish we were waiting until we were 25ish. Take time to live and have more financial security.

We just had our first 8 weeks ago. I’m 27 and hubby is 26. He has a good career now and makes good money but he only started the job right around when our son was born. Consequently we are now living with my parents as we owed them money from before and thought it would be easier to pay them off when we don’t have to pay rent. It’s not easy, but it’s temporary. We will be able to support ourselves when we move out. In saying that, sometimes i do wish we had waited a few more years before having a baby. We only had a year of marriage in a month before the baby was born.  I miss the fact that we won’t ever really have anymore time just as a married couple.

I think 27/28 because school is done, career is established, marriage is probably in a good place, and most importantly you've had enough years to enjoy youth

I've had baby fever since I was sixteen... sometimes it gets up to baby rabies lol. I'm 25 now and waiting for my husband to be ready, so I'll probably be 26 or 27 before we have kids. It'll get us to a point where we're better off financially so I think it'll let us be more prepared.
