2 months shots/problems

Did anyone’s LO have problems after they got their 2 month shots? My little man got them on Thursday, has had diarrhea since Saturday, sleeping around the clock, if he’s not sleeping then he’s up screaming and crying, his eyes are swollen and he’s had a loss of appetite. We took him to the doctor and she said that it’s just from his shots and that it’s normal, but shouldn’t he be fine by now if the shots were last Thursday? I’m worried something else is going on with him.
