Anyone on lexapro and ttc?

I’m currently on 10 mgs and I know I need to continue taking it because my ocd and anxiety get worse but I’m afraid it’ll harm the baby when I do get pregnant

I am on 10mg of lexapro and ttc- both my psych and obgyn advised me to STAY on the meds if I become pregnant. Lexapro is very safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The risks  of untreated depression and anxiety during pregnancy (preterm birth, miscarriage, preeclampsia, ppd) are much more dangerous and probable than any unlikely birth defects from exposure to lexapro.

That’s terrible, do you know why it was making you pass out? 
My doctor said for me the Benefits outweigh the risks but I just feel like I need more opinions from women who have actually been on it during pregnancy

I was on lexapro when I conceived but I quit taking it before I actually found out I was pregnant because it was making me pass out. But my doctor told me that it's one of those medications that they just don't know the side effects of while pregnant and she recommends that some women keep taking it for their own well being. So I would say talk to a doctor and make an informed decision from there.  Good luck!
