Changing daycare

Anyone change daycare centers? My son is 15 months and has been going to the same center since he started at 10 weeks. I loved the teacher in the infant room (which is probably why I ended up picking that one). However, there have been several things that have rubbed me the wrong way over the last year and I’m considering moving him. However, I’m worried about how he’ll handle the change. Is he still young enough that it won’t have a major effect on him?? Thanks in advance for any input!
