Research your diet!
I recently started the keto diet. 6 weeks ago to be exact. I didn’t lose as much weight as my friends doing the same diet did but I did cheat a little bit more than they did ( my bad) well, this high fat diet caused me my gallbladder. Last Monday I had excruciating pain on my abdomen towards my right side. I drove to the er and was immediately rushed via ambulance to nearest hospital ER where they did an emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder.
Just want to point out that you have to do your research on every diet you want to try. They may not always be the right one for you. My doctor immediately told me not to keto diet again. Obviously my body can not handle the high fat intake. I lost more weight post op than during the diet anyways!
This hurts. One week later and I’m still sore.
