c section scar message?

I'm on my second c section. I went in for my six week check up and the doctor advised me to do a incision message to help with scar tissue and that it would also help my incision/stomach appear flatter. have any of you done this before? my first doctor did not tell me to do this so I was slightly surprised by it. I've watched several youtube videos on it and he suggested doing it twice a day but does anyone have more tips?

My midwife advised me to massage around my incision to help the scar tissue heal better. Not sure if that’s the same thing your doctor is advising? It definitely helped my scar tissue soften up

incision message? or massage? either way, I used the three step Fabgirl (Fatgirl) creams and scrubs and decreased the appearance of my scar and inflamation. I did it two years later though because I saw it casually one day at kohl's. keep the regimen for a few months, it will be worth it. This doesn't help you lose weight, just helps you get a firmer skin where you need it.
