Workout routine
Anybody willing to share their workout routines? I currently workout outside/and inside my house (got kicked out of a gym for my google review). I mainly do cardio, arms, legs, abs, Alternating days. I workout about 5-6 days a week. I need more workout routines please😊
* 6’4, 170lbs. Doctors don’t want me loosing any more weight, but trying to tone my body.
