ive had enough

my partner has been a right ass the past few weeks and ive had enough its got to the point that he made our baby cry he doesnt go anywhere so how can i leave without it kicking of i have no where to go any ideas please plus everything is in his name.

it is a joint tenancy but ive asked him to leave before and he doesnt want us to brake up but nothing changes so what options do i have.
