Been together for a long time NEED HELP

My husband and I have been together since we were 16 years old. I am now 30 and we have a one year old and trying for our second. But every relationship is not perfect. I love him and I find him attractive when he is not pissing me off and lately he has been doing it a lot. I tell him what is bothering me and he blames me for his actions. So then I start being mean to him and we end up arguing and going to bed mad at each other. I am just tired of the same game every day. Sex is more like work. Any suggestions???
