TMI: Vagina In Crisis

Hi, I’m 22 almost 1yr since I had my son(had him natural almost no tearing and didn’t get stitches). I’ve made an appointment with my gynecologist! Just want that to be noted lol. I’m having trouble with my lady parts and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar trouble if so, what is it and how did you fix it? So basically any time hubby and I get intimate or I get some alone time to try to ‘relieve some stress’, I get this pins and needle feeling in my clitoris. It’s not sharp or extreme but it is discomforting, uncomfortable and somewhat painful. I remember having this feeling right after I had my son, but now it’s only during these times.... help lol
