Help a newbie out!

Okay, so I’m new-ish to this. So be easy to me lol. This last year i gained 75+ lbs and I found out that my thyroid gland wasn’t working properly which caused the weight gain. My doctor put me on levothroxine to “fix” my gland and Contravene to get rid of my cravings and curb my appetite. She also told me that I would need to lose quite a bit of weight before I try for another baby. I am seriously at a loss. I have plateaued. This is the heaviest ive been in my entire life and it won’t come off. I’m getting panicky about this entire deal because all of the women in my family have experience an early shut down in their early thirties. I’ve only got a couple years. And as of today (it could be nothing) I’m three days late!
