UPDATE:   Today I am 16 DPO and 3 days late.  I took a First Response HPT this morning and it came back positive.  I am still concerned though, my Temp dropped this morning down to my cover line.  I took Two Tylenol PM before going to bed since I didn't feel well, not sure if that would make a difference.  I'm scared about the drop, do you think it could turn into a chemical pregnancy? I have had very light spotting for 5 days (no pad needed, only after going to the bathroom) and I do have cramping.  I appreciate your help!

I'm so confused.  I am 13 dpo today and AF is expected tomorrow.  I jumped up to 98.05 today but now I noticed a very tiny bit of spotting this morning (I typically spot for a few days before period). I did feel somewhat sharp twinges/cramps on one side at 10 dpo. Up until now, not many symptoms except bloated, a backache, and minor cramps here and there.  What are your thoughts?
