Extreme nausea help!
I do not want to take zofran, I have been prescribed it but after the doctor was like we don't know the side effects, i decided it's not worth the risk. But I am so nauseated it is awful, I don't want to move!! I'm 9 weeks pregnant and I have a 8 month old to take care of. I feel like the worst mom because some days I just can't get up. the room is spinning, along with my stomach. Coke seems to be the only thing to settle it. Any tips or tricks?
