FTM, HELP!

I’m a ftm and yesterday that I went to my appointment my dr checked me. I was dilated to a 4 & told me I was spotting. Later that day every time I would go to the bathroom I had blood & i had contractions every two minutes. So we can went to the hospital to get checked to make sure baby was okay. They checked me once again & I was dilated to a 5, so they kept me there for about an hour, was still having contractions every two minutes. But they weren’t strong. They come check me again & said I was a 4 so they sent me home they didn’t even let me see the dr, the nurses are the ones that checked me. (My dr was the one on call) Today the same thing, bleeding but now it’s a with little bit of a brown color to it. I’ve been having contractions ever since we left the hospital but they’re not strong. Now I don’t know if I should go or wait till something happens.
