Choroid Plexus Cyst

My doctor just called and said that they found a cyst on the left ventricle of our baby’s brain during our 18 week ultrasound. We have no other markers for chromosomal defects and the results of our Quad Screening came back as low risk (she said 1 in 5,000).

She said not to worry and that she doesn’t think we have it but we’ll be doing the free fetal DNA test hopefully next week to determine whether our baby has Trisomy 18 or not. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m freaking out ☹️
