Every 9 minutes contractions?

I am 39 weeks well I’ll be 39 tomorrow and since yesterday I been having contractions I started timing them today and they are 9 minutes apart ? Is it hospital time ? This is not my first baby but for my first I never felt not one contraction my water broke. But for this one I’m feeling them . What to do ?

5-1-1 is the typical rule: 5 minutes apart, lasting at least 1 minute, consistently for at least 1 hour. Any sooner than that and they'll most likely send you home.

I would go for a walk and see if they get more intense.  If they do or get closer together id go in.

I wouldn't tbh unless the hospital is very far. Go by the 5-1-1 rule. Hospitals are less comfy than your own home imo it's best to go at the right time. If anything feels off or if you have bleeding or decrease baby movement or water breaks, then you should go in. Try walking more to regulate the contractions & drink lots of water n eat protein to stay strong! GL
