advice? 36 weeks

okay so yesterday I went to L&D; because I had lots of dark red bleeding and contractions. I was only dilated 2cm but high and hardly effaced so they just monitored me and then sent me home saying to drink more.

Well, I had possible fluid leaking the last two days but I tested negative so they weren't worried. But I have had a fever for the last 3 days that isn't getting better. Im not bleeding anymore and contractions are gone so I'm just confused on where this fever is coming from.

I have no UTI and my waters were still intact. They tested for a yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis and that was negative. I don't have any kind of cold or sickness. They didn't do blood work and I'm just really worried something will be wrong.

Baby girl is doing great though
