don't know of I should test.

I've been TTC since my last miscarriage almost 2 years ago. I've had all sorts of testing done since it was my 4th misscaraige. I'm 1 day late and so nauseated! but every cycle I seem to get more and more nauseaous right before I start. I don't know what I should do... I tested 3 days ago and it was net. I'm trying not to loose my mind with the waiting game. With my 4 other pregnancies that I lost at week 5 I knew 1 week before my missed period. I don't know what to do.
