At a stall! Need ideas?!!
This is an open question for anyone who is on a weight loss journey regardless if you’ve had weight loss surgery or not. (Just throwing that out there)
I’m almost 7 months post op and I’m in the middle of a stall and I’m just looking for ideas -food wise and exercise wise- to try and break this thing. I have a wedding dress to fit in to and a goal with my surgeon to hit by the end of April and I’m stuck at 232 lbs. (I’m already down 74 lbs).
I’m only allowed 3 meals a day that are about the size of the palm of my hand and I cannot drink my calories. My meals should be mostly lean protein and veggies. And I should be on the gym 3-5 days a week. Also I work in an ER 3 days a week too. Any ideas would be helpful and greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance ❤️👍🏻
