Core exercises and trying ttc
So many mixed answers!! I do 20 minutes of core 3-5 times a week at the gym. Sit ups, planks, biking on your back... you know what I’m saying anything on the floor basically. Is it stupid of me to keep working my core and building those muscle? I just got down to my goal weight of 125 pounds (I was 146) and it all came off my core DUE to me keeping consistent in my core exercises. Would love some input. Thank you ❤️❤️
