Working out issues

Alright so I'm trying to get back into working out but I'm nervous because previous years I had weight issues that turned into eating disorders I eventually gained weight the healthy way but now I'm scared to loose it all and go backwards any tips or advice would be nice if anyone else works out regularly and build muscle I'd like to know your experience drop pics also I need the motivation.

---side note I want to gain some muscle to fill in my thighs more and just stay fit and healthy lol
