Miscarriage scare 😞...

I recently naturally miscarriage on October 23rd (today is the 29th) I am still bleeding dark brown blood. Today I agreed to have sex with hubby as after the bleeding just got more intense followed by slight cramps. I am now worried and can’t sleep , the cramps are making me anxious and depressed as is reminding me of the pain I went thru while I was going thru the miscarriage, however my biggest worry right now is; is it normal to cramp a little this soon ? Also can this cause infection? I’m scared 😂😞😩😩
