Discharge?

So this is my first pregnancy and I feel like my first appointment is years away even though it’s Thursday. I’m 5 weeks and 3 days today and this morning I noticed some yellow discharge. I was already having clear/white but now it’s kind of yellow. I don’t have any cramping or anything but I’m not sure if it’s something to be concerned about. It’s also not a yeast infection, I don’t have any itching and it’s odorless. Did anyone else have this? I wish I wasn’t so petrified of having a miscarriage but I am.
