my 16 month old has started with screaming when he wants something. I know it's cause he can't vocalise what it is he wants just yet as well as a stage in his life. But being so young you can't reason with him because he doesn't completely understand.

what are some ideas you can give me I can implement now to help him understand or at least understand in due time. I just want to nip the problem now, start on the right foot, and not just sweep it under the rug cause he doesn't fully understand.
