Purposeful weight loss in 1st trimester?
So I was in the process of losing weight when I found out I am pregnant. I am 4w2d. I would love to still lose another 10 or 15lbs in the first trimester (then maintain during pregnancy if doctor says it’s healthy). I am about 218 at the moment. I read enough to know that people naturally lose weight in the first trimester from morning sickness, so if I lose that because of increasing my walking and eating healthy, is that OK? Yes, I want to ask my doctor, I don’t have an appointment until the end of November though. When I call on Monday I will see if there’s a way to talk to someone directly about it before then. Just trying to get an understanding if anyone else was in the same situation
