bad hygiene
I grew up with what you can call free range parenting. I didn't have a lot of structure and care. An embarrassing effect of this is my parents never really taught me good hygiene. I need to get into healthy habits but I'm ashamed to say I really don't know any. I shower and occasionally brush my teeth (I forgot an awful lot) 😩 can someone help a girl out.
