test + on hpv

Ok ladies I need help with my HPV if any have been diagnosed. I am 21 yrs old and just got a routine physical and pap done and whala I am + for HPV. I made an appointment to go see my OBGYN but that is 2 weeks away, and I just can't wait till then to get questions answered. But there are some physical things I am worried about until I get there. So help?!

1. Dryness- When I say 'dryness', I don't mean inside ladies. the outside of my vagina is dry. like I can peel dead skin off. It's very gross. I was thinking alergic reaction to my pads (I did just get off my period) 2. Tenderness/Red- Again when I say tenderness..not on the inside. (Also don't know if reaction to my pads) If either these seem normal for you ladies who have HPV..let me know what I can do to help the pain😢. Also if any really good organic type tampons/pads I can try 🙂
