4 weeks and 6 day postpartum, period???

   I'm currently 4 weeks and 6 days postpartum from a C section. Tommorow I'll be 5 weeks. I would say about 4 weeks and 4 days postpartum after experiencing what I would say yellow discharge I thought I was healing up normally. But that day I start to bleed again lightly yesterday at 4 weeks 5 days postpartum the bleeding started getting really heavy and today? Bleeding was off the radar I'm talking bleeding through pads and clothes in less then 40 minutes of changing. So my question is Could this be my period coming back? Or abnormal bleeding?
