Hi! 37 Weeks prego and lately I've been having sharp like pains in my vagina or i feel something weird happening in my belly like a tightening feeling. Every time I google it.. it says their not supposed to hurt but these feelings HURT they range from mild to intense sometimes. So what do they feel like for you??????

You’ll know when it’s a real contraction! BH can get intense, but aren’t usually all that painful. Your body is just getting ready!

Braxton Hicks felt like period cramps to me. Try taking Tylenol if it goes away it’s Braxton Hicks if it is constant it’s real contractions

Feels like a tightening and releasing. Discomfort, but never experienced real pain from it
