Baby fever!

Anyone else suffering from serious baby fever? My IUD is coming out on Thursday and I just wish I was already pregnant. Based on my tracking my fertile period just ended 2 days ago and I’m so sad I can’t even get pregnant until the end of November at the earliest :(
