cheating post

so I have been seeing alot of post about men cheating and well I started getting in my feeling and over thinking everything. I start wondering what my fiance has on his phone or if he has anything, if he is talking or screwing someone else.. I get very upset and so I sent him one text (keep in mind we haven't been arguing and I haven't told him anything about the post, we are on good terms. it's just me in my feelings) so I send him just one text and all it is a frowny face "😔" and he responds two seconds later " listen to this song"

I listen and I start crying.. like I really just hate my self and the way I get when I'm about to start my period. always overthinking and all emotional.. sorry I had to tell someone..
