Hello ladies Please Help!!!

I am TTC With PCOS , I Have so many questions about this though! I just recently visited my doctor and we talk About Conceiving With PCOS she prescribed Metformin for me to take but I am very skeptical because Metformin is also prescribed for people with diabetes, I Just Want To Know How Many Ladies conceived with Metformin & Does Metformin cause diabetes??? Me & my fiancé have been trying for almost a year and nothing has happened I am getting very sad 😔😔😔 I was wondering if any women have any success stories on Conceiving With PCOS Or Metformin Or please tell me Some things you have done to conceive... also please tell me more about what you Ladies do To Know when you Ovulate because I Rarely ovulate My Doctor Told me I Did Ovulate this month But It was Too Late For me To Conceive My Cycle Had Already Started... my fiancé and I are really getting discouraged 😔😔😔😔 Please sprinkle baby dust our way 😇
