Cramps
Ok so generally a week before my period my cramps start to appear. But they are immobilizing cramps that last between 10 min and 2 hours. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm not on any kind of birth control but am seriously considering it. I am 19. If this happened to you and you went on birth control, which forms worked and which forms didn't/made it worse?
