Halloween make up for toddlers?
So my son is 14 months almost 15 months and he is going to be a pirate. I want to know if it's safe to take some black eyeshadow and just darken around his jaw to make it look like scruff? I don't want to do paint or eyeliner. I think that's too much but I'd like to know if there are any safe ways to make him look like he has some five o'clock shadow going on... Thoughts?
