I just had to vent

Feeling kinda stressed out and out of place. So I started working at this new job like 2 months ago and hired another girl too. While me and her been working together. She was talking about how much her friend is making and that she is making more than her friend which I'm not even making that much. I have more experience and she is making more than me 😕. I know I shouldn't be bugged by this but I am!!! Plus the Dr which is the owner. He was really rude to me one day but than told me sorry. I feel like his just rude to me but idk if he is that way with them too.
