My son's grandmother on his father's side is driving me crazy. She texts me everyday, asking about my son & asking if he can go over there. I dont mind that she ask how he is doing. But my son's father has never been a good dad & this women is trying to do his role apparently. The man never comes to see his child at my place, even though I went over to his place 4 times. I was the one who reached out to him and her mulitple times, so that my son could see his father. And all those times he ignored me, it wasnt until I contacted his mother tht he responded. All iv asked this man to do is come see his child here..and he refuses. But this lady wants me to continue to go over there. She is the only one who asks how he is doing, he never does. I dont feel like I owe anything to this women, and that she should honestly back off. I wanted my son to have his father in his life for so long, but now I honestly just want a good father not just any father. How do I tell this lady to back off politely? I am thankful to her because if it werent for her my son would have never met his father but I dont like feeling pressured everyday.
