Late period

Having annoying period struggles... I miscarried in early May this year at 8 weeks. I had normal pregnancy hormone levels so it took a while for my HCG to drop. I got my first period again in July and it was normal in July and August. Last two periods have only lasted two days which is short for me.

I’ve had positive OPKs each month and my period shows up every time on time. This month I was supposed to get my period yesterday and I had slight brown spotting when I wiped and red single drop of red blood in the toilet and now nothing. I tested negative 3 days before my period for pregnancy. I plan on doing so today, just wondering if anyone else has been in my situation.
