Why am I so hairy 😩

I am 23 years old. This is something I’ve struggled with my ENTIRE post-puberty life. I have hair everywhere. Dark, thick hair. Getting into a bathing suit always causes self consciousness because my bikini line never looks smooth and I have a happy trail that grows like a weed. I can shave my armpits at 9 am and by the afternoon they have a 5 o clock shadow. I get random black hairs on my neck and chin and around my nipples. ITS CONSTANT GROOMING OVER HERE! Any tips on how to decrease hair growth in unwanted areas? Or can I at least hear from some other hairy girls so I know I’m not alone 😩.
