Anyone else?

Got my anatomy scan today and found out it was a boy. Anyone else get really disappointed at the gender? My boyfriend and I were hoping for the girl! I feel bad that I’m so down in the dumps, and of course I’ll love my baby regardless but I’m so disappointed and sad that we’re going to have another boy.

don't worry I was the same way.  my son is the only boy on both sides of family. I was disappointed cause I wanted a girl like everyone else, but my son is the best and he gets do spoiled. I wouldn't have changed it. I love him more and more each day. the feeling will go away once you get closer to meeting your sweet baby boy.

Of course it’s natural to want a girl and I totally feel you. I wanted a girl soo bad this pregnancy too but I look of it as a blessing either way and as long as baby is healthy that’s all that matters and I’m sure you feel that way as well. But the feeling of gender disappointment is totally understandable. For a min since they us was soo hard to tell if it was a boy or girl I keep feeling myself it might be a girl but finally at my 20 week anatomy it was confirm a boy and I finally accepted it. I got a Idk at 13 weeks 15 weeks and maybe boy and 16 weeks. So I was still hopeful but hey girl god works in mysterious ways and you’ll never know I’ve heard of stories happening where they thought they were expecting the totally different sex and it was the other. Lol never know. I kinda secretly hope that’s for me but I know that’s not gonna happen because I clearly seen his boys parts. It’s ok Hunny!!! Hugs

Oh girl I’m with you. I’m pregnant with my third baby and is a boy (already have two boys) so I cry a lot because this is our last baby and I was so disappointed. You can try again 😉

Lol well if it helps you I’m on to my fourth boy and last. It’s ok. You still can try for a girl. For me I’m done, this will be my fourth and final c section.
