Thigh pimples

So since i was like 11 (now 21), I’ve had these bumps on the inside of my thigh. They’re very painful and typically when I pop them, they are mostly made of dark blood and some pus. Some are very small, while others can get about dime size. I’ve always had them, regardless of season. I know it’s not sexual because I got them way before I was active and they have never spread. Does anyone else have these pimples? I just want to know I’m not alone and that there is possibly a solution 😩
