Yes you can! It me exactly 8 years but it happened! And I took birth control pills for a year after my daughter was born and when i stopped them i got pregnant again!  I know it seems counter productive to take birth control pills if you do want to get pregnant,  BUT the reason we CAN'T get pregnant is because our periods are not regular! Take the pill for a few months until your period regulates then stop and I can almost guarantee you'll get pregnant. I now have a 4 year old and a 3 year old, and taking the pill, my periods are every 26-28 days, I know I will get pregnant the second i stop!

With pcos ovulation tests do not actually work for us, the only thing you can do is get blood work done or an ultra sound to see if you actually ovulated. Even if it says your ovulating it's not accurate for us.
